Settle the forum before the dispute settles you.
A TCJI clause locks both sides into a documented, institutional pathway — no last-minute fights over jurisdiction, panel composition, or seat. The process begins the moment a notice is served.
Forum Certainty
Both parties pre-commit to TCJI rules — no parallel proceedings, no court detours.
Procedural Clarity
Seat, language, panel size and timelines are agreed before tempers run hot.
Faster Activation
Notice → constitution → first hearing in days, not months. No forum negotiation lag.

Where & how to use the clause
- Embed in master service agreements, supply contracts, and partner terms.
- Mirror the same clause language across schedules, annexures and amendments.
- Confirm both parties execute the identical, final version — no ad-hoc edits.
- Retain executed copies and version history for downstream enforcement.
- Brief internal legal and operations teams on when to invoke TCJI.
- Re-paper legacy contracts at renewal — don't wait for a dispute to retrofit.
